Why recurring costs less than waiting
A balcony cleaned twice a year never reaches the state where damage starts. Salt left on aluminium pits the powder coat. Hard-water spotting on glass eventually etches, and no cleaning reverses that. Grime worked into textured concrete becomes staining rather than dirt. The first clean on a neglected balcony costs the same as a maintenance visit — but the things we can’t undo happened in between.
