Frames, table glass, and cushions are part of the same visit as the floor. The rate does not change because the chairs are salty.
What this page is
Outdoor furniture cleaning is the hand wipe of frames, the polish of table glass you can reach, and a brush-and-air of cushions. It is included in the $2 per square foot of the balcony floor. It is not a separate upholstery shop, and it is not a promise that a mildew stain from last summer will vanish.

What is included
Frames
Aluminum, powder coat, and resin wiped with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. No pad, no polish compound, no pressure washer.
Cushions
Brushed, shaken, and left to dry on the slab. We do not soak a cushion and hang it over the rail.
Table glass
Washed and squeegeed if it is on the balcony. A razor is not part of the visit.
Put back
Chairs, table, and cushions go back where you had them. We photograph the finished balcony before we leave.
What we will not do
We do not promise to lift a set-in mildew spot out of a cushion. A brush removes what is sitting on the fabric. What has grown into the foam may still show, and we will say so rather than sell a result the cloth cannot deliver. We do not machine-wash cushion covers unless you have already taken them off and left them for us, and even then only if the label allows it.

FAQ
Are cushions extra?
No, if they live on the balcony we are cleaning. The rate is the floor, and the furniture on that floor is included.
Will mildew come out of the cushion?
Surface film brushes off. A stain that has sat in the foam may remain. We will not tell you a brush did what a brush cannot do.
Do you move the grill?
We shift it enough to clean under it, then put it back. Degreasing the cookbox is included when the grill is on the balcony. We do not haul it through the living room.
Is this a Bay Balcony photo?
No. The photo on this page is stock, credited under it. We photograph your finished balcony and text it to you before we leave.
