Move-In Balcony Cleaning

The balcony is easier to wash before the chairs and the boxes land on it. The price is still the floor. There is no trip fee in either downtown.

What this page is

Move-in cleaning is the same visit as any other: floor, rail, glass, track, and screens, at $2 per square foot. It is timed before you unpack, if you want it that way. It is not a promise that the previous owner's etch will vanish.

The other end of the lease is apartment and move-out cleaning. The method is no hose.

What is included

The empty slab

Corners, track, and the drain you can see, before furniture covers them.

Glass and rail

Both faces you can reach. Spots that have etched may stay.

The building paperwork

A certificate of insurance to the manager, and a desk check-in, before we arrive.

What stays

A cracked slab, a missing screen, or a drain inside the wall is noted, not repaired.

What we will not do

We do not haul boxes, and we do not assemble furniture. If the balcony is already full, we shift what we can and put it back. A move-out dispute about a deposit is the move-out guide, not this page.

What it costs

Short balcony60 sq ft$120

FAQ

Is move-in a different rate?

No. The rate is the floor you can walk, at $2 a square foot.

Can you come before the furniture?

Yes. That is the useful time. Tell us the move date when you text.

Do you need the building to approve you?

We send the certificate and check in at the desk. You do not have to make that call.

Is the photo a job we did?

No. It is stock, credited under it.
