Balcony Grill Cleaning
If the grill lives on the balcony, it is cleaned in the same visit as the floor. The rate does not rise because the lid is greasy.
What this page is
Grill cleaning here means the lid, the bowl, and the shelf you can reach, wiped by hand, plus the floor under the cart once it is shifted. It is included in the $2 per square foot of the balcony floor. It is not a propane service, and it is not a promise that a decade of carbon will look new.

What is included
Lid and bowl
Grease film wiped with a mild detergent. No oven cleaner poured over the rail, and no pad on a powder-coated shelf.
Under the cart
The grill is shifted enough to wash the slab, then put back where you had it.
Drip tray
Emptied into a bag we carry out through the unit, not over the edge.
What stays
Burners are brushed, not replaced. A rusted cart frame is noted, not painted.
What we will not do
We do not disconnect propane, and we do not roll a hot grill through the living room. A grill the association has already ordered off the balcony is a rules question, not a cleaning question. Glass spots on the railing are the glass and railing page.

FAQ
Is the grill extra?
Not if it lives on the balcony we are cleaning. The rate is the floor. The grill on that floor is included.
Will carbon come off the grates?
Surface grease wipes off. Baked-on carbon may still show. We will not tell you a cloth did what a cloth cannot do.
Do you move it inside?
No. We shift it on the slab to clean under it, then put it back.
Is the photo a job we did?
No. The photo on this page is stock, credited under it. We photograph your finished balcony and text it before we leave.
