How you sign up for texts from Bay Balcony, what we send, how often, and how to get help or stop. Effective October 30, 2026.

What we text you

Bay Balcony texts you only about a balcony cleaning you asked us about:

• your price quote and answers to your questions
• the day and time window we agree for the visit
• photos of the finished job and the payment link

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you sign up

You choose to get texts from us in one of two ways:

• Text us first. Send a photo of your balcony or a question to (727) 279-5239. Your message asks us to reply by text, and our first reply confirms it and explains how to stop.
• Use the form below. Enter your mobile number and tick the text-message box. The box starts unticked, and you can book without ticking it.

With the box ticked, sending opens a text to us with your details filled in. Without it, sending opens an email instead, and we reply by email.

How often we text

Message frequency varies with your request: we text when there is something to settle about your quote or booking, from the first price to the payment link. Once the job is paid, you hear from us again only if you text us.

Help and stopping

• Reply HELP to any text from us and we send back how to reach us.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too. You get one text confirming you have opted out, and none after it.
• Reply START to sign up again.
• You can also write to info@baybalcony.com and ask us to stop.

What texts cost

Bay Balcony charges nothing for texts. Your mobile carrier may charge message and data rates under your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and your privacy

We use your mobile number only to text you about your request and booking. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party. Our text messaging provider carries the messages on our behalf, and nothing else. Our Privacy Policy covers the rest of what we collect, and our Terms and Conditions cover booking.
